1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Exclusive Mortgage Company website and any communications you receive from us, including calls, emails, and text messages. By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about yourself. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

3. Not a commitment to lend

Nothing on this website is an offer, commitment, or guarantee to extend credit or lock a rate. All loans are subject to underwriting approval, verification of the information you provide, satisfactory appraisal and title, and program eligibility. Rates, terms, programs, and availability can change without notice and vary by borrower, property, and market conditions.

Exclusive Mortgage Company is an Equal Housing Lender. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status, disability, age, receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

4. Calculators and estimates

Any calculator, payment estimate, or figure shown on this site is provided for general information only. It is an estimate, not a quote, a pre-approval, or a Loan Estimate. Results are based on the assumptions stated alongside the tool and on the values you enter, and they will not match your actual payment. Taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA dues, and closing costs vary. Do not rely on these figures when making a financial decision — contact us for an actual quote.

5. SMS terms and conditions

By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Exclusive Mortgage Company. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

  1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at jon@exclusivemortgageco.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We do not share your mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining a loan.

6. Email communications

If you consent to email contact, you may receive messages about your inquiry, your loan file, and occasionally our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message, or by emailing ruben@exclusivemortgageco.com. We will still send email required for an active loan file.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Exclusive Mortgage Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission.
